The Postnatal Class is offered on the 1st Saturday of every month:
October 7, 12:30pm-1:45pm
November 4, 12:30pm-1;45pm
This class is great for mothers who have given birth within the last year. If you have been wondering when you can get back on your mat or how to get back on your mat safely, or what kind of yoga practice you should be doing, then this class is for You!
Join Chelsea and learn what is safe for the postnatal phase, while focusing on repairing the pelvic floor muscles, strengthening the core, and opening the shoulders to relieve stress and tension.
Yoga and meditation are the perfect combination to staying healthy in body and mind as you experience the joys and challenges of motherhood.

Half-Day Silent Retreat: Mindful Compassion and Self-Reflection

Savor stillness, relaxation, and contemplation as you begin to deepen your yoga and meditation practice in a half-day silent retreat led by Dezryelle Arcieri, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), certified yoga instructor, and mindfulness coach.
Whether you have been practicing for many years or are just beginning your journey with yoga and meditation, we invite you to join us on this experiential practice of compassion and self-refection, cultivating peace and ease, attuning to the mind/body relationship, developing clarity of emotions, and learning how to apply these techniques to your everyday life.
The half-day retreat will be held in silence to support strengthening of inner peace. Activities will include:
- Sitting and walking meditation
- Dynamic yoga flow
- Mindful eating
- Journaling exercises
Please wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to move. Please bring the following items with you to the event:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- A small, healthy snack
- Notebook and pen
